SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, usually within 1-5 days of your order depending on availability of the merchandise. UPS does not ship to PO BOX addresses. Please make sure that you have entered your address correctly as an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete address will delay your shipment and incur additional shipping charges. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Expedited shipping refers to the amount of time it will take after the package has shipped. The day of shipping is not included in transit time. All shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event a package is lost or damaged, we can assist you in making a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Please check your merchandise thoroughly upon its arrival. You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date of your merchandise if there is a problem. Wearing, altering, damaging, removal of tags or destruction of merchandise constitutes acceptance of the order.
MILITARY AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We proudly ship worldwide. AA, AE, and DP orders are shipped via the USPS. International orders will be shipped by either USPS or UPS. Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have specific questions about placing your order. Free shipping offers do not apply to military or international orders.
Returns and exchanges are accepted - no sale is ever final! Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. To request a return visit our returns page. The postmark on the return package must be within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. The package must contain the RMA number on the outside of the box.
All merchandise must be NEW, unworn, in its original packaging (including the hanger and bag if applicable) with the tags on, and in its original condition. Items must be in resalable condition to ensure credit. Puddles Collection reserves the right to refuse a return if it is not within the specified time frame, missing tags and/or labels, soiled, damaged, laundered, has been worn or is not in the original packaging.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned that were purchased through a free shipping promotion will receive a store credit less the shipping charge.
Restocking Fee: Some Pageant Dresses and Special Occasion outfits are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non Returnable Merchandise: Special orders, headbands, hair bows, socks, hosiery, tiaras, gloves, and sale items.
OUT OF STOCK
All merchandise is subject to availability. We do our best to keep our items updated for available colors and sizes, but there may be an occasion where an order is placed for an item that is out of stock. We will notify the customer as soon as possible via e-mail and no charges will be incurred.
Color can vary by computer and monitor. We have done our best to accurately represent the color of the item. If you have any questions regarding the color, please e-mail us. Colors vary by dye lots so if you are ordering the same dress for more than one person, you should do so at the same time to ensure the color matches.
All orders can be placed through our website. If you have a question about a product, please e-mail or call us. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Sales tax will be charged on all orders in California. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Pease be aware that additional charges may apply to larger sizes of a style.
CONTACTING PUDDLES COLLECTION
E-mail is the best way to reach us. E-mails are answered Monday through Friday. We are also available by phone Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm.
We respect our customer’s privacy and do not share personal information with other companies. We periodically send e-mails regarding special promotions, discounts, and sales as well as a newsletter. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to these e-mails at any time. We will not discuss your order with a third party so if you have questions regarding your order you must contact us directly.
Puddle’s Collection will make every reasonable attempt to contact the customer regarding abandoned orders. The customer will have 14 days to respond to correct the situation. After this time we will no longer be able to ship the merchandise or give a store credit or exchange. Examples of abandoned merchandise include, but are not limited to:
unauthorized returns, returns without the RMA number on the outside of the box, items returned without the customer’s name on it, refused orders, orders returned by the carrier for incorrect/insufficient address
